Based in Kamloops, British Columbia, our society serves as a welcoming hub for Igbo immigrants, their families, and friends. We strive to foster unity, preserve our cultural traditions, and support the growth and development of our members.

🎯 OUR OBJECTIVES
i. To promote the expression of a spirit of love, care, gratitude and of common heritage.
ii. To set exemplary leadership in networking.
iii. To encourage members to aspire and to continuously strive for excellence.
iv. To promote and facilitate the hosting of events e.g. Iri JI (New Year Festival), End of year get together, show casing of Igbo Cultural heritage and other events.
viii. To show hospitality to any brothers and sister who might be in need of the association’s assistance
ix. To raise funds through membership dues, levies, donation/grants, endowments, etcetera,
x. To promote the exchange of information among members as well as the public through publicity, Publication of newsletter and meetings.
xi. To promote the general welfare of the registered members of the Association and identify with such members through visits and with gifts on special occasions.
